I understand that the Post Office has shipping restrictions. Can these fuel cells just be shipped by UPS ground?

No. Tried that. UPS won't ship unless you have a certification for shipping hazardous materials.

Interesting. I suppose other people just ship them and do not declare what is in the box. I know I bought 2 bammers on E-bay and they both arrived by UPS in their plastic cases with several fuel cells inside. Nice tool. too bad PC does not support them anymore. Has anyone come up with an alternative fuel cell source or a way to refill the old cells?

I did a search on the net and found a forum that discusses refilling the bammer fuel cell from a propane bottle with an airsoft propane adapter.....

I am a member of the DIY chatroom and I have been watching this thread. There have been 2 people who tried to refill a bammer cell with propane. One was successful, the other was not. I have been trying to find out exactly what the successful person did. Still waiting
