- Porter Cable Bammer CDA250
It's my lucky day I just located 27 fuel cells at my local hardware I got an incredible deal on the lot. I do own 2 straight and one angle bammer but I would buy more fuel cells if I could find them.
can't be legally shipped so if you live in southern New England (Rhode Island) and don't mind driving for them I can help you out.
I created a youtube video on how I refill the bammer fuel cell with propane using an air soft green gas propane adapter. Tip: make sure to silicone lube the inlet of the bammer fuel to help prevent o-ring damage. Your mileage may vary. Use this information at your own risk. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-HXPHoB6RMM

I see the Utube video posted on refilling the bammer. I ran across an article about the bammer on another website (DIY I believe) where they were talking about an article written on the bammer when it first came out, where they stated that it ran om Mapp gas. Is your bammer getting enough fire power to drive 2.5 inch nails with the propane? And by the way, thanks for the video, I have been on a waiting list for a propane adaptor for about 4 months with no luck. Looking for the $6.99 metal version from Cheaper than Dirt, which has been out of stock. Not interested in the plastic.
yes, I would be interested if you have not already sold them. Thank you very much. My email is dave@diamondwelldrilling.com.
I have been following the DIY thread as well. However, I went to the Alexgs.com site to order the adapter and they say they are out of stock. Does anyone know if this is a permanent situation or if there is anyone else offering an adaptor.
also I read the thread above about the paslode adaptor. Has anyone made this work and is there anything on the market in the form of an adaptor?
