Iam buying the above machine and been told that the rise and fall is very stiff would a bit of oil do the trick or could there be something more serious .would you please advise

Hi Bob, I'm looking at purchasing a Shopmate 5200 at4, though the motor needs some work. Have you had any success in obtaining a manual? If yes would you possibly send me a copy,please? Regards
