I am now installing hollow doors with the jams attached etc. and the holes are already drilled for the door knobs etc. No problem until I have a new steel dr. without the hole drilled in it. I would like to use a lockset installation tool to make new door knob, lock set etc. I have a hole saw also etc. My son and my wife want me to have a contractor come and make the holes. I have watched the video and want to try it. Will the lockset tool cut through steel. It has steel on both sides and it's an expensive door also. I have cut holes in doors etc. before. What do any of you think I should do. Thank you for the advice. I'll return the favor sometime.
