My Old Craftsman 3/8 Variable metal-bodied drill is acting up. The brushes spark and it won't come up to speed. It is model number 315.1134 -6525. The brushes have plenty of length. I've sanded the armature and cleaned the armature grooves to no avail. Any ideas?
