I bought a 10 1/4" Skilsaw brand sidewinding circular saw at a garage sale and it has no model number or specifications on it. I have never heard of such a thing and there is no mention of it in any search I have done. It looks to be from the 60's or 70's and it has the thickest cord of any tool I have ever seen. It is about the same diameter as dryer cord and I think it is 10 gauge wire. I am wondering if it draws 20 Amps or is supposed to use 220volt electricity (cord end has been replaced) It is built to a heavy industrial standard. Any clue where I could find a manual or specs for it?
