Cleaning & painting Garage Concrete floor

I am moving to a newly built house, and I would like to treate the concrete floor with some sort of paint for easy cleaning and durability. Please advise me what I need to do with any instructions. Thanks.

If it's a garage floor then after cleaning it you have to etch it with muratic acid, then paint with a roller.

In the house just sweep, damp mop, then roll the (grey or whatever colour) paint you want. Go to home depot or where ever they sell paint and ask for paint for cement floors.
