How do you clean old brick? We have an old house built in 1941. The brick and mortar are dull in color. I would like to clean it up, but most commcerial products bought at the hardware store have not been effective. I am also hesitant to use a power washer due to the age of the house. Any recommendations on how to restore the color to my bricks and protect them from further decline?
