I have a front concrete porch about 36" X 40' long with the roof overhang. The front side of the porch is settling and has slightly pulled way from the house. There are colums (non support) for the overhang that are starting to not have contact because of the settling. The house is 28 years old. Would I be better off replaceing or can I have someone come out and put that pebble tech top coating to level it out?

Have a concrete company that does jacking come out. They will drill about 2" holes and inject it back to its level position. It is a very reliable repair with a lifetime warranty in most cases!
