I live in a rural area, but directly next door (about 30' away) is a veterinary office that houses a few dogs outside. I want to block as much of the barking noise as I can (realizing I won't eliminate it all).
Is a wall of simple 8" x 8" x 12" concrete blocks an option or would this "crude" method would work well?
