I pulled up the astro turf from my patio. The concrete has orange adhesive on the surface. I plan to paint the concrete. Will the paint hold if I just paint over that adhesive? I have used muriatic acid to etch the concrete but it did not remove the adhesive. If not, how do I get that glue up?
