I am tired of paying to have the stone/epoxy finish on my concrete patio resealed annually. I could do it myself if I knew what the appropriate product is and where to buy it. Any help, anyone?

Go to any one of your local building supply stores,or a store like home depot or m enards,l owes,f leet farm,or stores like this and they should have the product you are looking for.
I'd bet anything all theyare using is a sealer like Thompson's concrete or stone sealer.
