Some kids wrote on my sidewalk and driveway with Colgate shaving cream. I tried to scrub it off with soap and water but the stain appears to be set. As I scrubbed, it went away but upon drying the white stain was still there. How can I remove this from my concrete sidewalk and aggregate drive?
