I moved from Iowa to NC one year ago and took along the ice melter from mid-west during my move. Two weeks ago, we had a big snow storm and I used the ice melter on the driveway. Now the driveway start to "peel off". Two question:

1. What can I do to stop the concrete from disintegrating

2. How should I repair it?
