Selling my mom's home. Wanting to do it fast. Doing some exterior painting and a new roof. The question is the exterior artificial rock. It is all around the house up to the windows (half way up the walls) The house has shifted somewhat in the years since it was done and there are some cracks. It needs to be taken off, but we don't have the money to do it. My husband wants to paint it and I think it's a bad idea. Any suggestions?
