To whomever it may concern;

Hello, Me and my wife have recently brought a brick house that has coating of concrete over it turning it white. We've never seen anything like this before and are considering what we could do to get rid of it. How would we go about getting the painted on concrete off of the brick? Or could we put stucco on top of it.

Is it concrete or is is it just a white haze on the brick?

The previous owner told me he mixed a bucket of concrete / cement and painted his house with it. I thought it was kind of strange myself, but that's what it appears he did. The back of the house has a thinner coate, and the front and sides are thicker you can't see any of the brick.

P.S. Looking forward to your reply.
