I need to move a toilet/flange/drain pipe (all plastic) about 12 inches. House is on a slab expected to be 4 inches thick. What is the best way to do this? Jackhammer after scoring the concrete? After moving the flange, is sand mix ok for a filler? Thanks!!

Never mind. After a month with no replies I just did it. Not a very impressive website. Home Depot does better than this.
