Years ago I was given a "mixture recipe" for a simple dash coat or whitewash which I have lost.

I believe it was 4 parts lime to 1 part white cement. Mix with water to a heavy cream consistency. We also had to keep the stucco damp when brushing it on. Does this sound familiar to anyone. It worked beautifully and we really are overdue to put another coat of this on our stucco. I do not want to paint as it won't last as long as this did and I like the results we got with this.
