Somebody, somewhere hopefully has a solution to this problem. I live in the Northeast and my 40 year old (+/-) garage floor is very pitted. I'd like to somehow resurface it but because it is painted I can't just get some new concrete poured over the existing floor. Is there some consumer useable machine that I can use to grind down the surface of the floor by 1/4 inch? Are there any other solutions to renewing the floor that will withstand the salt errosion we deal with here? I'm willing to look into any and all possible solutions. Thanks in advance
