We have purchased a new home which is under construction now. The plan calls for the use of some Brick but mainly Dryvit. The builder states we can change thuis to brick, cedar or cement board. Changing from the dryvit will dramatically alter the design/look of the house. I am concerned about mold and water retention problems with the dryvit. What are your thoughts on this?
