I have a 1939 Cape Cod Bungalow with a cement over brick front porch. Both are crumbling badly and I am looking at making a new porch. My questions are:

#1 What is the drop per foot away from the house?

#2 If I break up the concrete from the old porch, and build a frame, how well will the new concrete adhere to the foundation of the house.(obviously, I am not a builder here :))

#3 How do I figure the amount of concrete required to build this porch.
