I live in Florida in a house built in 1997. The outside of my house is stucco, which is panted. I want to make a rec room out of my lanai.

How can I smooth the stucco walls so that the rec room walls will be the same as the rest of the walls in my house without using drywall? I want my family room to flow into the rec room with the same smooth walls. I want the rec room and the family room to look like one.
