anyone have a ballpark estimate for the cost of materials for a 15x15 deck that will sit about 36in. above the ground? it will be made from pressure treated wood with applicable railings and one set of stairs, probably 3 steps. any estimates would be appreciated.

thx

Your part of the country will determine the costs... typically anywhere from 12 to 24 per sq ft.

im in the philly area so i would assume closer to the high end range. and that does not include labor, correct?

Labor is included, of course composites, screwed rather than nailed, more expensive railings, site access, site conditions such as slope, and height can move the price up.

But that should cover a 3'high deck gun nailed 7 a typical rail 4x4 posts 2x4 mids 2x6 cap & 2x2 balusters.
