Does anyone have any sources for hinges? I have an old time pantry that consists of about 20 doors that I want to replace the hinges. The problem is that I can not find any hinges that match up with the existing hole pattern.

It is a butt hinge with two holes on the left and 3 holes on the right, like a triangle on its side. I have tried home depot but no luck.
