Dear RPX,
I've seen them installed and it looked easy, the customers relayed satisfaction with the product, and it is beautiful if that's the look you want. I have soapstone in a dark grey at my home and love it to death. There are many products on the market both old and new. I suggest you take a look at all of them and then decide. It all depends on what one wants.
