I have a row of tile above my countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms. I wish to paint a stencil design on them. I bought a bonding primer, but it isn't what I want. I am not doing a whole project just a design on each of the tiles, I'm not even wanting to paint the whole tile. The paint just keeps going under the stencil and smearing, it isn't sticking either. What products should I use? I don't want to sand down the glaze, and I don't want to paint the whole tile just to decorate one part of it. Please help.
