There are some deep scratches in the wood flooring. How are these type of problems repaired? I assume that it is not that good to have raw wood exposed. The scratch is about 2'' long (made by bed frame which was accidentally dragged).

You could sand out that area and then use a little varnish to recoat this are i'd say do 3 coats on it.
Or just use a little varnish on the scratched area to see if it will cover up,but it maybe scard.
I'd do this 1st just put a little varnish in the scratch area and see if it covers up.Othwerwise do the sanding it out.
