I have a one-piece shelf anchor that looks a lot like this:

(K&V shelf anchor) I hope this link is preserved in my post.

I cannot find the manual and I cannot figure out how to get the shelf/anchor off the wall without ripping the screws out (I want to save the shelf and don't want to destroy the wall).

Does anyone know how to remove it? I cannot find the instructions that came with the shelf (that was 6 years ago)
