Have just put on market 1917 Dutch Colonial Revival that took 7 years to clean, decorate and make useful for modern needs and was very familar with the correct styles and designs (through much family history and heirlooms). Did not change any architectural elements. Have now purchased 1945 bungalow and have no idea of what the 1945 style and design one would find in that era. Anyone have any suggestions. Absolutely do not like the retro look - want to keep it simple, clean with an antique furnishing look. The original archtecture has been completely stripped. The house does not appear to be craftsman
