I just installed copper ceiling tiles from MBoss and discovered that the copper is extremely varied (some bright penny, some burnished to a warm, aged look). MBoss has been a nightmare from a customer service perspective, blaming it on improper installation when the product is faulty. Any thoughts on: (1)getting through to the right person at MBoss; or (2) a way to treat the "bright penny" pieces to dull them down? (also trying to avoid oxidation/greening). Advice appreciated.
