Take the diameter of both pulleys that the belt rides on. Multiply those #s by 3.1416 = circumfrence of each pulley, Since the belt only rides half way arround then heads for the other pulley, take half of the curcumfrence on each pulley. Measure the distance from the center of one pulley to the center of the other pulley. Not sure of your mechanical ability, I will explain this as simply as I can. The belt will go half way arround one pulley ( 1/2 cir.) staight to next pulley ( distance from center of one to the center of the other pulley) again half way arround the second pulley( 1/2 cir.)and back to the start on the first pulley( distance between pulleys). This is the length of the belt req.. How wide should the belt be ??? Measure the width on the inside of pulley near the top where the belt rides. Here we use English so we say 1/2" x 36" belt (Examle)
Good luck
