Just found your post as I am searching for a manual...I can't figure out how to change the belt either! Can you help? thanks

Ok on this model to change belts just push in the front roller of the belt and it will click locked back a bit. Change the belt and then pry the black roller arm forward between it and the silver block on the right side of the sander and the roller will go forward and tighten up the belt. On the left side there is a thumb wheel that adjusts centering the new belt when its running left or right.
