what can I put on a wooden ramp to prevent a slippery surface in winter? we have tried the 3M adhesive strips and salt of course.thank you

i've seen people tack down asphalt shingles for the grit on them, or paint the boards and sprinkle sand in while wet.

I agree with Piffin, a good quality exterior paint and a med. course sand.
