redoing a house in Sun City Center Fl living now up north and having son check on work

Had the old patio torn out and a new one done- work finishe over a month ago.

My son said some long cracks are now in it- but last week there were none

What can I tell the person remodeling to do?

What is reasonable ?

It will be covered with a design
