Help! I recently had a patio put in, stamped/colored concrete. The color appears to be flaking and it appears it needs to be resealed. It was put in 7/04 and it is only 9/04. Contractor is not being of much help. Unsure how I can touch up the color before I seal it, in addition, I have no idea what I need to seal it with.
