I want to build a screened porch in the back of my house but the chimney is right next to the back door. My question is what is the "building code" say about that? I imagine that the chimney can not be inside the screened porch and sticking out of its roof. Would I have to build the porch away from the house with a passage from the backdoor to the porche? How far back would

this porche have to be from the Chimney? Any other ideas?
