We live in a tri level home where the yard slopes slightly to the back of the house. We have a patio that is slightly sunken in and has a concrete wall around it. The wall is falling over and every time it rains we have standing water on the patio, Out family room has a door leading to the patio but luckily the water has never gone under the door. We want to have the patio replaced but also want to correct the drainage issue. We think this may be too big of a project for us but arent sure who to call. A plumber, a landscape architect, a concrete company????? Does anyone know who is best suited for this!!! Thank you

I would first get a landscaper in to fix the drainage. This may involve a little earth moving. Then a concrete company to fix the wall if it needs to be concrete. The landscaper could probably work in a block wall that would be cheaper than reinforced concrete.
