last fall we installed a new mahogany deck. this winter we used a snow blower to remove alot of the snow... the bottom bolts made a few long scratches(i know it was dumb). do i need to resand the entire deck?

You shouldn't but it'll depend of the depth of the scratches & the finish.

You should be able to take a belt sander and go from 80 to 100 then maybe a palm sander if they aren't too deep.

The finish will be tricky to match you can try a bit of the original stain/sealer but you'll most likly have to work with it bit lightend in some caes or adding a touch more pigment in others, if the srtches are small enough a funiture touch-up pen then the finish you used.

I don't suppose you could just flip them over and use the same screw holes?
