My concrete stamped patio is 3 years old and losing its gray coloring. It is fading to white. I purchased the house after the patio finished. What can I do to keep its original color?

To restore your coloring to your concrete patio simply wash your patio with a 8:1 ratio solution of muratic acid to act as a catalyst. mix the desired color (powder release form)with clear liquid release and apply it over your stamped concrete patio with a roller and brush. Let this dry completely and then apply an acrylic sealer such as Master-Seal by Dupont which also provides a non-skid additive. Apply 2-3 coats of this resin seal should be applied (6) hours between coats....

Your Patio should look as good as new!

Bob, I have a similar problem with two stamped concrete walkways although in my case some of the original coloring has worn off and the gray cement is visible. Will this method also work for restoring the color to these walkways?
