I want to cover the poured concrete slab patio with outdoor tile (probably saltillo-style). The slab is about 14' square and in excellent shape.

The guy at my local Big Orange Box said I have to seal the concrete, lay the tile, grout the gaps, and then seal the whole thing. Is this the correct procedure? Can anyone offer any input about this?
