I have a patio at the back of my house that slopes slightly in places towards the house. When it rains it drains against the house. Is it possible to add concrete on top of the existing concrete patio to level the low spots and slope it away from the house?

Look at getting it "mud jacked".

Holes are drilled in and a ground is pumped under pressure to lift the slab.
