Not sure if this is the right place---

I am going to purchase a 8x10 plastic shed and need to build a foundation. I'd like to build a wood platform and put it on concrete blocks rather than pour a slab. If I build out of 2x6 PT wood and put it on 4" solid concrete blocks, would that be adequate? How many blocks are necessary?
