Hi I am designing a deck (24' x15') and want to build it so I can frame it in. In the future and I was wondering what should the distance between the footers be, and beam size needed. footers need to be 32" deep. Also the deck will be attached to the house on the on the 24' foot side. I was thinking 12" footers 8' apart with 6x6 posts and beams. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

When in doubt always refer to an engineer but I do have generic tables & joist / beam spans for framing set op on my site for 40#sf loads on my deck site.
