I just finished stripping the old stain off of my deck, brightened it and stained it with TWP. I am wondering if it is necessary to strip the old stain off the deck every time I want to restain, especially if I use the same stain and color. If not, what product would I use to clean the deck? I will be restaining in two years. Thanks.
