Yes we contacted warranty department and got name of a person handling complaints. First time around they responded promptly with a complete replacement of the deck from Mountain Cedar to Harvest Bronze. Second time around was a little harder...long time between replies to our e-mails and phone calls. Finally they sent DeckMax to clean it and treat it...then it scorched 8 weeks later.
Called, e-mailed and each time the "girl" who answered told us we had to fill out a warranty form even though we explained the whole situation..she was deaf to our issues. Sounded like she was told the answer to tell complaining customers. If you read all the past posts there are so many different answers TT gives customers that you realize none of them are the right answer.
We are still waiting and now as I posted the scorching has faded but so has the deck and now it's warping...bad....this is their better product?
They are the worse company to deal with and I will not recommend TT to anyone.....we are looking to join a class action suit if one is started but can't find one......
