My story is no different than the rest of yours-black mold (first noticed 2nd-3rd year), warping, splitting, buckling (after 3rd-4th year and still progressing). Master Mark already declined my claim passing blame onto contractor for improper installation. Master Mark unable (or unwilling?) to provide us with installation guide for the year ours was installed. I am located in New England and I am interested in finding out if there is power in numbers--perhaps, something could be done as a class action?
