hello everybody
I have Timbertec deck about 8 years now and it is look terrible, falling apart. We try to clean, power washed but same to us nothing do anything good for to get back at least some presentable looks. I just wondering if anybody knows any stain what we can put on it so we least enjoy couple of more years. My deck is on the sun and it is look like I have it since the 18th century, breaking easily even areas what we not using at all.
please help me to solve this situation
Thank you

- timbertech deck falling apart
I had some minor failures in my TimberTech deck from around 2000-2001. I worked with their warranty/claims people and they replaced the materials free of charge. I only had to pay for the labor, which was stated on the warranty.
I hope you get some resolution. They seemed like decent people to deal with and they stood behind their warranty.
Good luck,

We had a TimberTech deck installed in 1999, which is totally disintegrating at this point. The claim rep stated the deck was only covered by warranty for 10 years, so is offering to replace the planks for one half of the decking. No labor costs, of course, for removing the deck and replacing. Plus, we would have to cover the cost of the other half of the planks. I'm wondering what others have done to get better results for their warranty claim.
