THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH PEOPLE.... we spent the day looking at the Trex decking and came home to do the measurements, proudly thinking we were about to buy the best... but after the final 'due diligence' check, I stumbled across this site and we have changed our minds! Trex sounds like a nightmare, I'm sorry you all went thru it, but you saved us and should be proud you posted. Thank you sooo much for speaking up, we have decided to go with good old reliable cedar. I am eternally grateful to you for saving us big bucks and many problems! :):):)
