my kitchen fawcet used to stop flowing the instant I moved the handle to the off position. Now it will run a fine stream of water for 5-6 seconds after the handle is moved to the stop position. I have replaced the springs and washers, but that did not correct the problem. This is a ball-type Delta fixture. Any ideas?
