We recently bought a new townhome that has three bathrooms. In the tubs they installed single controlled faucets. One knob controls the temperature and pressure of the water. The problem is that you only get full pressure when the temperature is directly in the middle or on lukewarm. So, if you want hot or cold water you can't get full water pressure. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this?
